Parties often carry an idealized expectation of laughter and carousing, but the reality is not always like that. Sometimes parties are revelry and sometimes they are more intimate. If people aren’t interacting, it’s not necessarily odd, but it’s not the way we assume it should be.  The candid images in “Alone/In A Crowd” portray people in intimate moments, alone or in a crowd – and often alone in a crowd.
